Mexico is calling...again

It was nearly Ayden's first birthday, and we found ourselves back home in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico, spending our days at our favorite beach, Omni Beach (in top photo).

This was...and will always be home to us. Its the first place that ever stole my heart more than a man. Ayden was a little older now and enjoying our adventures more and more each day.

We spent days going to sacred Cenotes and soaking in the magic waters practicing his swimming.

We hiked the Mayan Ruins of Coba...all 120 jagged stone steps until we reached the towering top, that over looked the dense jungle below....of course Ayden slept through the whole thing. But this wasn't the first time we made it to the top together and wouldnt be the last time either.

We loved living in mexico, doing our grocery shopping at the local Chedraui, or getting our fresh fruits and veggis from the town market, that came in 2 days a week.

Our big shopping was done in Playa Del Carmen, which was a treat to go an spend the day surrounded by big shops, restaurants and of course the beach.

At night, I would take Ayden out for a walk to say good night to the moon and stars, as we would walk around the marina of Puerto Aventuras, passing our favorite restaurants, The Pub and Hippos. The night music would be playing as people would be happily drinking and dancing, a perfect positive energy to fall asleep to.

Did you know, you can travel with me too!
